Dear Chris,
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and Boan Heating and Cooling for the incredible service you provide in our new place of business. Just days before our grand opening, our air conditioning situation was dire. Housed in a 50+ year old building, our newly renovated fitness studio was lacking the appropriate cooling. We needed an additional cooling unit that would have cost us thousands to install. But due to the incredible expertise and service-minded attitude of Eric, we found an alternative solution that would solve our issues and in time for our grand opening.
Eric discovered there was an old "dead" a/c unit in the basement of our studio and proposed that he see if he could resurrect the unit thus saving us thousands of dollars and getting us up and going for our opening. After spending many additional hours, Eric was able to bring the old additional unit back to life and thus we had a "cold" studio!!!
